Offence: If the bank reports that PayerVault customers have notified the customer of an unauthorized payment or that the customer has been defrauded ("false transaction"), payervault reserves the right to cancel any payments made from the account pending a fraud investigation. Confidentiality Each party acknowledges and agrees that, in connection with this Notice, the Buyer will not disclose to any third party any confidential information that may affect the Publisher's administration herein.
