These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the PayerVault payment gateway ("PayerVault") offered by [Corplustech Pvt Ltd] ("Provider Assistance") By using PayerVault, you agree to abide by and be bound by the following terms and conditions

• payervault means a payment gateway provided by a service provider that allows a merchant accept online payment from customers
• “Seller” means any person or entity that uses PayerVault to facilitate online payments
• “Customer” means the person or entity paid by PayerVault
• "User" means merchants and consumers.
Personal Registration
Merchant Account:To use PayerVault, merchants must complete the registration process and create an account.The Sellerrepresents and warrants that the information provided during registration is correct, complete and up-to-date. Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities.
User account:customers do not need to create an account with PayerVault to make payments. However, in the case of creating an account, customers must provide accurate and complete information. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Offence:
If the bank reports that PayerVault customers have notified the customer of an unauthorized payment or that the customer has been defrauded ("false transaction"), payervault reserves the right to cancel any payments made from the account pending a fraud investigation. Check and close through the receiving bank or payment card network. If fraud results in a refund, the refund will be processed according to the refund terms set forth in these terms and conditions.
Further, PayerVault reserves the right to shut down, suspend, restrict or retain access to a merchant's Cashfree account and/or account, including payments,if the
Merchant KY certificate shows this to be true or false.
The seller's fault category is the seller's false or misleading commercial advertising.
Violation of any provision of the terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
Each party acknowledges and agrees that, in connection with this Notice, the Buyer will not disclose to any third party any confidential information that may affect the Publisher's administration herein.
Personal data means all data or information, computer codes, applications, settings, advertising, finance, business plans, plans, special plans and presentations, letters or other documents belonging to all or any particular part of any party.
Merchant shall ensure that Seller or any agent does not modify, decompile or disassemble any program shared/offered by PAYERVAULT.
Each party agrees that financial damages will not be sufficient to resolve the unauthorized disclosure of personal information and that the notifying party shall have the right to seek other rights or remedies, to limit or rectify as appropriate, without delay relaxation.
Each party (recipient) will notify the other party (in particular) of any unauthorized use or disclosure of personal information or any other violation of the Law. This is the receiving side.
Buyers will cooperate with others in any manner necessary to help the advertiser obtain ownership of Confidential Information and protect it from contributing to illegal use.
The commitments set forth in these Rules do not apply to personal information that has been passed or will be learned free of charge due to breach of the confidentiality commitments set forth in these Rules. The court agreed that the exchange of goods must be disclosed by the buyer of the liberty to a professional expert for legal necessity, or in agreement with the competent court or jurisdiction, hence forth from the third party, not subject to the other party by law, government departments or agencies, or other professional management or regulation of, the buyer agrees with whom the advertiser may seek defence or exemption if the buyer has indicated eligibility.
Confidentiality commitment is given within 1 (one) year from the conclusion or expiration of the mutual agreement.
Payments
Sellers use PAYERVAULT to allow suppliers to process payments for them. Sellers must comply with applicable laws and regulations and ensure the accuracy of the payment details provided by Sellers may be charged for payments made through PAYERVAULT.
The Provider will collect, process and store personal data in accordance with data protection laws. By using PAYERVAULT, merchants and customers agree to the collection, processing and storage of their personal information as outlined in the provider's privacy policy.
Termination
Merchant may terminate the PAYERVAULT account at any time by giving written notice to the Customer.
Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to PAYERVAULT, in whole or in part, at any time without notice if Seller or Customer violates this Agreement, commits fraud, or poses a risk to security or integrity.
